Welcome to the Konttiaho Organic Farm in Karstula!

Konttiaho Highland Ranch is an organic farm owned by Markus and Maarit Muhonen. It is located in Karstula, in the very heart of Finland. Our farm produces pure and high quality Finnish beef in an ecologically sustainable way. We raise Highland cattle and also sell animals for keep.

RANCH

Konttiaho ranch is situated in Karstula, Finland. It was established in 1851.

HIGHLAND CATTLE

Highland cattle are a Scottish cattle breed. It is well-adjusted to cold climate and living outside all year around.

HIGHLAND BEEF

We produce prime quality grass-fed Highland Beef which has excellent taste and is very lean.

PURE ORGANIC

Konttiaho fields, animals and beef are all organically produced and strictly controlled.

ANIMALS

Our ranch has some 100 cattle. They all are bred free in grass pastures.
